Accordingly, it resolved to form a new Association to protect the common interest of the employees, to work
for their welfare and to achieve
the aims and objects.
The role of employees in the government administration assumes a very significant as they will at field level in implementation of various government policies and welfare schemes to the poor and downtrodden in the society.Simultaneously, the role at policy making level also cannot be undermined.
